Zoey is 9 months!

Her mom and I really tried to do a 6 month session but after a planned one had to be canceled we found ourselves taking pictures at 9 months old. We still managed to capture all her charm though. This is one happy baby and I love spending time with her.

And one with mom  because it was so close to mother's day. I was jumping up to get her to smile this big. This little one sure likes to have fun and the louder the better.

I had the pleasure of getting to meet Jen and her 7 month old daughter for pictures.  Jen is absolutely amazing. I actually wished I had more time to get to know her better... and baby E, well just look:

Zoey is 3 months

I got to visit with Zoey and her mommy again recently to get her 3 month pictures and I learned pretty quick Zoey does not like to be wrapped up like a burrito. She pretty much likes to keep her hands and feet on the move. That made for some tough times when getting her pictures but overall she was a sweetheart and so easy going even though I know it was nap time for her.

Newborn: One more

I have been lucky to get to have so many newborn sessions lately. They are definitely my favorite to do! This one made me work a little harder than others but was still as sweet as can be. I saw her since these were taken and it just felt so good to hold her. Such a sweet baby.

Well Maria and I don't just share a name but we share a passion for homeschooling and a passion for art. She does it through writing and I do it through pictures.  I have known her for a couple of years but was grateful for the opportunity to capture some great images of her and get to know her even better.

Newborn - Baby boy

A family from church asked me to take pictures of their new baby and their family. I was so happy because newborns have to be my favorite sessions.  He was a sweetie and was a pro at pictures. They all were. It was so easy to get great shots from this family!
